«Ουδέν νεότερο» τουλάχιστον μέχρι το 2013 περί της συγχώνευσης μεταξύ της Δέλτα Τρόφιμα και της ΜΕΒΓΑΛ δεν προέκυψε από την επαναληπτική τακτική γενική συνέλευση της τελευταίας σήμερα στη Θεσσαλονίκη.
Η μεγαλύτερη συγχώνευση στον κλάδο της γαλακτοβιομηχανίας δεν έχει γίνει πραγματικότητα εδώ και 1,5 χρόνο, καθώς δεν έχουν καταβληθεί τα τιμήματα για την αγορά των ποσοστών μετόχων της ΜΕΒΓΑΛ. Η ΜΕΒΓΑΛ αναμένεται φέτος να περιορίσει σημαντικά το ζημιογόνο αποτέλεσμα, που προέκυψε στην περσινή χρήση.
